Ehh, don't feel too bad.
When I ate a good diet and was at my peak (best cardio fitness of my life, strongest, leanest) I weighed a full 30 lbs more than my previous normal weight.

Ooh, check out the animated/narrated comic series. It's a couple of episodes and I think it's much better. After seeing the comic series, the movie seems like they abbreviated and simplified way too much.
