When I was younger I would be inclined to say something like, "Pssshh.... Animals" or some other derogatory statement; but now that I leave my son everyday and watch him wave goodbye to me as a drive to work & then hear him yell "Da!" when I get home, all I can think about is how sad I am for the children in situations like this.

Seriously, what is involved in giving a little human a chance to be a well rounded, functional person when he/she grows up? In my opinion it is love and attention... Kids in situations like these are being set up for failure (for the most part) & it is really sad.

No one like to call a spade a spade, it's not PC... But do you know what percentage of African-American children being born to single mothers in the US is? It is over 75%. There is an unbelievable problem with lack of responsibility here, and the one's that end up paying the price are the innocent children. And the cycle repeats itself, over and over.

I live outside Hartford, CT. Hartford was once one of the most prosperous cities in the country, and was the most wealthy city in the entire US. Today it is basically in shambles. Again, no one like to state the honest truth, but the truth is what? African-Americans moved into the city and over a period of several decades the area became plagued with crime and rundown in general. This led to the majority of the individuals responsible for Hartford's prosperity to seek safer homes for their families elsewhere. Ever been to Hartford? It could be an amazing city to live in... But today the majority of it is ghetto.

We had the highest murder rate in the country at one point. Hartford, Detroit, Chicago, Atlanta, and so on have what in common?

This is not a bash on blacks post, it is more about frustration for the lack of responsibility and the idea of entitlement that people have. At the end of the day children pay the price for the type of incredibly irresponsible and moronic behavior exhibited in this video... Caucasian, African-American, Mexican-American, or Asian.

Every child is born into the world as undamaged, and completely innocent; we as parents destroy that and it is sad.

TL;DR - Once you are a parent it may make sense.
Great post!
