What color of alcantara did you go w/ for the re-wrap - black or gray? Looks like gray, but I'm not certain.

Do you know what the original color was for the ZHP wheel? I should know - I used to have one, but I ditched it a few years ago for a new leather M3 steering wheel....thinking of reverting back...

I went with the oem gray alcantara because it matches the factory alcantara perfectly.

Thanks, that's what it looked like, and that makes sense considering you have the alcantara seats. My ZHP has black leather, so I'm not sure what color would look better. Need to search for some pics I guess!

Edit - meant to ask, is the Coby wrap any thicker than the original OEM wheel, or no?

Since you have the black leather i would def go with the black alcantara. The wheel does feel and is thicker but not by much. I like it because it kinda feel more like a porsche GT2 wheel kinda. Idk if you know what i mean but yeah it just feel perfect. Honestly imo his craftmanship is just impeccable.

Its was around $375. I had to pay more because the core of my steering wheel was so bad that he couldnt salvage it otherwise i would have been less.

To be completely honest, the car hasn't seen any mileage at all with the rokkors on yet so I cant really say how the quality is as far as longevity. I have gone for a few spins though and its pretty stiff but also comfortable considering how low the car is.

Thanks man! Im planning for exhaust and headers next but ive been pre occupied on my detailing business so its gonna be awile.

Thats gonna be nice when the exhaust is all done, I want to do do my exhaust pretty soon because I think it would sound a lot better with one

Im still not sure yet but I think up next is full exhaust is headers.

Looks awesome I have a black sapphire metallic zhp only downside to mine is its automatic but was worth the sacrifice for the price I paid.
