Did some quick research. Dynamat Extreme seems to be the industry standard. Works very well, not too thick, on the pricy end but not the most expensive.

Some satin black Rust-Oleum seems to be all the rust stopping power I really need for the interior. I don't want to add any thickness from a rubberized coating (because of possible sound deadening on top) and I also don't want something that will never come off should I need to remove it in the future.
