Well let's see since there are around 28,000 gun laws all ready on the books do you really think some deranged lunatic would consult said gun laws before walking into a movie theater or class room before wasting a bunch of innocent people. The NRA has been trying to get mental health records to be part of gun purchase background checks but the AMA and HIPA laws and lobbyists won't allow it.. Ted got it right with Peirs Morgan true wanker that 99.9% of gun owners are law abiding citizens and leave us the hell alone. If gun control was so wonderful why does Chicago have such a high murder rate. Chicago has the strongest gun laws in the country. Its about gangs drugs and the like . Making it more difficult for the law biding to purchase weapons doesn't solve anything.
