I've dealt with them a couple times and everything has been perfectly fine. Customer service seemed fine n

I've emailed them with no response/etc.. I've also dealt with them on other products for my other cars.. sometimes the time/effort involved isn't worth it. If it shows up, great, if not.. I won't and haven't lost any sleep over it.
