glad you tried it! I used to swear by the 6 meals a day etc and it was really refreshing for my lifestyle to make the switch. Impressive physique you have there, good work! Glad you weren't talking about keto diet etc... some people go to extremes.

Dude, you and I are so f@ckin' similar. A lot of the guys here really do put a lot of effort into whipping up meals with a nice presentation. Me? Nawwww! Eat boring....lift hard.....and repeat.

I'm equally as interested in cooking as I am in weightlifting! ... say what you will but culinary skill is an art I can actually appreciate. And its starting to become effortless as I get more efficient

I have a library of hundreds of food pics that nobody has ever seen but me... I don't like posting them (the what you ate thread is the only place actually) but I'd like to look back and see how I've improved over the years.

You're right I need to cut the fat- I eat out too much since I'm rarely @ home.

I can't eat more than 3-4 eggs in a single serving, each meal I'll take in around 20-30g protein and have about 6-7 meals daily

its fine if you aren't eating a ton of carbs, but when you have that level of fat + significant amount of carbs you are asking for trouble (bf gain)

Just changed my work out days now that swim practice is over. Time to get back to the gym.

For anyone that cares the fastest time I went at champs was a 21.39 in the 50 free. My fastest overall is a 21.27. The record for my school is a 21.24. I'm hoping to get it next year.

Nonexistent as of now. Gotta go shopping and such. Probably next monday i'll start logging what i'm eating and try to eat what you told me.

yeah, try and keep yourself accountable (either by tracking accurately or posting here). It's one of the most important things to adhering to a diet/training regime

Thanks man and I will, now that swim is over I can focus on it more

Looking at almonds for sale in bulk, I would only save a little bit of money if I got a 25lb box of almonds lol. From the store I go to where I've been buying food I get 1lb of almonds for $5.63. Then there's shipping for the bulk ones. Looks like it's better to keep buying from the army base.
