I assume that you was that called yesterday then. If so, you completely misunderstood what I said. First of all, you didn't say you actually had one of our turbo kits. You just said you have a turbo on your 330 and were wondering if we could tune it. I replied saying that we do not offer tuning/software for custom/DIY turbo kits, as every car is different and it is too labor intensive to do the proper job via long distance. It would end up taking way too much time and money to be done right. Hence the 'no' response.

The 'personal cars' that you mention was again a misunderstanding on your part. I said we provide software for the turbo kits that we manufacture and sell.

So with all that said, if you're running one of our turbo kits with our software flash in it, and you're having driveability/running issues, then first and foremost you need to check ALL of the hardware of the car, particularly a search for vacuum leaks.

Fail

I did mention it was one of your turbos. Maybe you didn't catch it.

My bad man. I dont mean to tarnish your name on the forum or anything.

I have taken it in to get serviced, no vacuum leaks, and all the hardware is in good working order. Should the car be running perfectly only with your kit and flash? Or are there other steps that should've been taken as well?
