MY Imola red ZHP Build Thread!

I had the same shift knob with UUC short shifter, DSSR and trans mounts. You will not be disappointed with that setup. Make sure you get the TSE3 exhaust you will love the sound.

Exteriors Cosmetics:

-Khoalty LED angel eyes (With remote fade on/off feature)
-New headlight lenses
-Clear turn signals with black housing
-License plate delete strip
-R/C/R Euro tail lights
-Clear side markers
-Invisibulbs for all of the lights
-Black kidney grills

Interior Cosmetics:

-Coby wheel alcantara steering wheel wrap with Tri-color stitching
-Coby wheel alcantara center armrest wrap
-Euro tray
-UUC Motorworks RK6 weighted shift knob
-New OE style floor mats

Wheel and Suspension:

-ESM 004 Lm replicas (Silver with Mirror polished step lip)

19x8.5 Front (+35) 19x9.5 Rear (+40)

-15mm Front spacers with extended bolts
-Rokkor tuning Coilovers
-Tires are Federal SS 595: 215/35/19 (F) 225/35/19 (R)

Performance:

-AFE Stage 1 intake
-Spring Booster
-Cross drilled/Slotted rotors

Maintenance:

-Valve cover gasket replaced
-Oil changed with Mobil 1
-Fuel pump gasket re-seated to fix tank leak
-new rotors and pads

Reconditioning:

-Full paint correction wich inclued machine polishing, sealant and wax.
-Alcantara interior completely cleaned and trimed loose fabric balls


Thats it for now. I ordered new 6000k replacement xenon bulbs which will be here monday and installed. I plan on getting headers and the full Highline Tuning exhaust next.

Yeah I love the shift knob, its my second one. I had the same one on my old z4. I think im going to get the highline tuning exhaust instead.

thanks bro, unfortunately I cant drive the car on the road until September so I haven't really been able to tell much.

oh dang, winter season I forgot. And I just purchased a E46 wagon, kinda wanna go low and on a budget.

Very nice, for the price I think they were a good buy and the quality is pretty good. But only time will tell I suppose lol.

your car is pure sex, looks so clean. ever think about some light tints for the windows? and that highline tuning exhaust will sound amazing. my buddy has one on his e46 and i love the way it sounded. nice grumble with no rasp but he didnt have headers...keep up the awesome work

Ok so its been a long time coming that I said I was going to take some more pictures and the weather finally cleared up so I took advantage I took these few today after I finished applying the third coat of Chemical Guys 50/50 paste wax and was blown away with the results. I have never layered carnaubas before but im glad I did. All 3 coats were applied with 3 hour intervals and fully cured. Lastly, I have tweaked the suspension height slightly and eliminated the rubbing in the rear. Enjoy!!!

Thanks man, im a detailer. Theres alot of steps involved to get this level of gloss by i would be happy to give you a basic run down of the process. Im on my phone, but ib the morning ill post the process with some pictures of product as well.

Get another E46! Thanks ive spent probably close to 100 hours on the paint on my car from jeweling to different waxes just to get it the way i wanted.

Just went through your build thread this morning and have to say you have done an incredible job with your ZHP Nicely done!

A nice detailed DIY on how you detailed would be awesome!

It's alright, the people that gave me $hit aren't going to come back to say it looks good because that would make them look stupid I do need to make a DIY but I don't have pictures of the process when I did it.

Went through it at the beginning but haven't really followed it until today. It is nice to see how wonderfully modded your ZHP has gotten. Also Imola Red FTW
