e46 m3 performance exhaust that meets Idaho's Emissions.

I'm looking to buy an exhaust from headers back, I'm worried about meeting the requirements for emissions though. I live in Idaho. I want as much horsepower for the price as I can get as well. I'd prefer a titanium one but I don't have my heart set yet. I like deep sounds without it sounding like a *****.

What part of idaho? As far as I know we only have emissions testing in the boise/nampa area. Everywhere else they don't really care, just remember the law is worded that its "illegal" to modify an exhaust unless its back to what it came factory with in case a state bull decides to harass you for the noise. Keep it close to stock looking and justifiably close in sound you should be alright.
