Won't a QSV reduce maximum power a bit as well?

I am not sure about maximum power but it definetely picks up quite a bit of extra hp/trq through out the mid range RPMs, if you havent already seen the SP comparison videos with and without a QSV on a supra then go onto youtube and check out there videos, the QSV is pretty impressive and I would love to have one properly fitted

you have 200 shot of nitrous and you still concerned with spool time?

The Proefi nitrous control is pretty slick. Turn car on, bottle opens and heater comes on, instant spool when you stomp on the gas.

I thought it was a bit of a trade of, spool vs power as there is a few things more in the exhaust stream. Not that more power matters at this level, lol!

LOL I know but I dont like to have the nitrous bottle in the trunk when street driving... I may drag the car in the near future, I am looking to roll race some top dogs this summer for some fun/cha ching

fair enough.

Rolling antilag and downshift is all you need for roll races. You'd never be in the rpms where the QSV helps in a roll race at speed.

Ya your correct about the QSV and roll race but I planned on also taking the car on a road coarse here and there so the QSV would be great in that scenario

We're waiting on the os giken diff install kit from hpf, believe the manifold is installed and car is ready to dyno once the diff is installed back in the car

Hey Tom. What are you going to do about the new drive clean program in Ontario? Seems theres no way around it. They take pics of the engine bay and obd II is recorded. Anyone with a stand alone is screwed too. I'm not sure what to do with my car this year. Guess I won't be driving any time soon

I heard about this too, to be honest I'm not sure there's going to be away around it or there's going to be alot of cars off the road lol, my sticker is good till oct 2013 luckily I get this summer

The new manifold is on the car. Not an easy install with the motor in! There is one bolt that is damn near impossible to get to! Waiting on the install kit for the differential so we can put it back in.

I can't wait to see this finished up! I missed it at bimmerfest east this past summer. It was the one ///M I wanted to see, but I had to leave early. Will you be at any of the events this year?
