Leaking Oil.!.
I blew my motor a few months back in My E46 M3. I got to block replaces and the head read done and all that good stuff. I drove it home that day and it smelt a little weird. But I didn't think of any thing bad cuz it's a fresh motor. Later down the road I found out it is leaking oil at a slow drip. I check the oil leave every other day and it's on good leaval. What would happen if I Keep driving it like this and Hopfully I can get the guys who put it on for me to fix it for free.... Help me out thanks.!.

Take it back to the shop that you paid to fix it.

Not your responsibility to diagnose the shop's screw up.

Take it back to the shop that did the repair and tell them that it is leaking oil - have them determine where the leak is and why since they just did a motor R&R for you they should accept some form of liability for it (unless they specified that there was no warranty for parts/labor). What could happen if you keep driving it like that? Well worst case scenario is you lose oil pressure to the point that it causes severe engine damage that requires replacement again. I realize that you say it's a small leak but that is typically how most oil leaks start, small then get more and more substantial. As 'choxor' said, not your responsibility to diagnose their mistake/oversight.
