Yeah I definitely believe you. So I will look into what you said prior and like I said before, Does anyone know where the best place to get oem gaskets and bolts? As we'll as what to do about the paint chipping

What about, now hear me out on this... NOT doing headers on a 325? Its not like the gains are incredible, and the headache you have trying to get the car past emissions will only be rivaled by the headache from the highway drone you get with the headers

Get a nice loud muffler system if you want your 325 to sound super bad ass. Far less 'headache'.

I'm going to have to agree. If I were the OP, I'd do the muffler delete for 100 bucks and call it a day. Will sound badass, be super cheap, and won't cause any issues with emissions.

I would spend money for a nice sound. Rogue DMS exhaust is quite loud. So are those UUC catbacks.

Also true. If OP has the cash to spend on headers and install, a nice exhaust is well within reason. Great suggestions B

I run without cats. Disconnected battery did a hard reset, drove right to emissions and passed. I tried first just resetting the cel with a code reader but that's a no go

what is involved in a "hard reset" - the DME retains codes even with battery disconnected
