2004 325ci Facelift Coupe, Alpine White, Low Miles, Immaculate Condition!
2004 BMW 325ci (Alpine White/Black)
VIN: WBABD33404PL04940 This is a stunning 2004 BMW 325ci coupe, in Alpine White with black leather interior. I am the car’s second owner, and have been the owner for 6 years of its 8 and half year life (the car has a build date of May, 2004). I've been an active forum member since I bought the car as well. This BMW is in absolutely amazing cosmetic and mechanical condition. It is undoubtedly one of nicest examples of a late production run e46 3 series coupe in the country. The mileage on the car is currently 84,100 miles, and it was taken out of daily service a little less than three years ago. The car has primarily been a garage queen for the past few years, just being taken out every now and then on nice days to stretch its legs a bit and keep the car in perfect running condition. Even while the car served as my daily driver, I took meticulous care of it, almost to the point of being compulsive. This car has been my pride and joy and I have spared no expense or effort in keeping it immaculate. I have included a large assortment of photos of the car with this listing, but they don’t do the car justice. Most of you here are discriminating buyers who know BMW's. If you are looking for the absolute best e46 BMW 3 series on the market, this is your car. No disappointments. APPEARANCE/COSMETICS This exterior of this BMW has been meticulously cared for. The paint shines almost like new, and you would be hard pressed to believe it was ever a daily driver, or that it is almost 9 years old. It has been washed and waxed religiously and carefully, and kept in fully detailed condition on a constant basis. Dirt, road contaminates, bugs, dust, etc. were never allowed to sit on this car’s surface. If the car got dirty, it got cleaned. The car has been garaged its entire life, and has no oxidation or fading from the sun or elements. The headlight lenses are clear and show no signs of oxidation. There are no scratches, dents or parking lot door dings on this car. The paint is mostly factory original. Because of some rock chips that occurred over time on the front bumper and hood, I elected to have the front of the car professionally repainted (the car sits very low to the ground, and as you know, e46’s are notorious for being magnets for rocks being kicked up by cars on the highway). The hood, front bumper, mirrors and fenders were repainted factory original color (Alpine White III, color code 300). This was done STRICTLY for appearance purposes, not because of any accident damage. This can be verified with the shop that did the work, and I have all receipts showing the work that was done. The remainder of the car (from the A pillars back) is original paint. The car has had some minor cosmetic upgrades over stock. The only modifications that were made are the addition of M3 CSL style replica wheels, and a trunk lip spoiler, painted original factory color. Otherwise, the car is stock. Specifications on the wheels are later in the ad. GLASS All glass on this car is in perfect condition. I had the windshield recently replaced because of small pits and hazing. It probably didn’t need to be replaced, but I replaced it anyway so it would be perfect. The windshield was replaced with a BMW OEM windshield, with factory rain sensor and new OEM moldings as required by BMW. No generic glass on this car. The driver side mirror glass was also recently replaced with a BMW OEM replacement due to delamination (common issue). It is in perfect, as new condition. All other glass on the car is also in perfect, as new condition. WHEELS/TIRES The car is equipped with Velocity Motoring BMW CSL replica wheels. These are high quality replica wheels from a respected BMW aftermarket wheel manufacturer and are almost identical to the BMW OEM wheels found on the high performance CSL version of the M3 (the OEM wheels are lighter). The wheels are in a “staggered” configuration, with wider wheels in the rear and narrower wheels in the front. This gives the car an aggressive stance. This car has BRAND NEW tires. You can still see the manufacturing lines on the tread. The tires are General G-Max AS-03-XL’s, and the sizes are 255/35-ZR18 in rear and 225/40-ZR18 in the front. The tires come with a repair/replacement road hazard warranty from Discount Tire that is transferrable to the new buyer of the car. The car also had a 4 wheel alignment done as well and tracks perfectly straight. HEADLIGHTS/FOG LIGHTS The headlight lenses are clear and in excellent condition. Note that this car does not come equipped with Xenon headlights. It has standard halogen headlights. It does have Sylvania Ultra Star headlight and fog light bulbs which are an upgrade from OEM bulbs. MECHANICAL Mechanically, the car is stock, with no modifications. Like the rest of the car, the maintenance on this car has been superb and if anything, the car has been over maintained. Only BMW OEM fluids have been used in this car, including synthetic oil, coolant, differential fluid and transmission fluid. BMW recommends changing the oil and filter every 15,000 miles due to the synthetic oil, but this car has had oil and filter changes about every 3,000 miles or 3 months, whichever came first. This also goes for the air and cabin filters, fuel filters, etc. Most of you on the forum know that there are a number of typical maintenance/wear items that have to be addressed on these cars to keep them running smoothly. The cooling system can be a weak point, as well as the Valve Cover Gasket, Oil Filter Housing Gasket, Fuel Pump, and a few other areas that need attention as the car ages. All of these items have been replaced on this car, using BMW OEM parts. There are no leaks of any kind, no burning of oil, no noises..in short, the car runs and performs flawlessly. Just to list a few things that have already been taken care of on this car as preventive maintenance (I have receipts and records for everything done to the car): Entire cooling system replaced Hoses and Belts replaced Fuel Pump replaced Fuel Filter replaced Valve Cover Gasket replaced Vanos seals replaced Oil Filter Housing Gasket replaced Crank Case Ventilation system replaced Water pump replaced Battery replaced (about 2 years ago) O2 Sensors replaced Spark Plugs replaced (Platinum) Brake rotors/pads/wear sensors replaced The sub frame on this car is solid, no issues with cracking, etc. There are no check engine lights, codes or any other issues with this car. The car has been rock solid and reliable. I would drive this car anywhere. INTERIOR The interior of this car is quite simply, in as new condition. From the carpets, floor mats, seats, dash, door sills, instruments, door panels…it’s all in perfect condition. The interior of this car is stock, and everything functions as it should. I don’t think there is a speck of dust or lint anywhere in this car. Come see for yourself. The stereo in this car was upgraded, but has been returned to stock. I do have a custom E46 Coupe Sub box from E.A.S. that can be offered for sale if interested. ACCIDENTS/DAMAGE/CARFAX This car has never been involved in a collision or had any structural or frame damage. The car comes with a CARFAX buyback guarantee. The car is also listed on Ebay, and the Autocheck report is clean with a score of 93. The CARFAX report does show one incident where there is damage listed and a “vehicle towed to repair facility” notation. This was due to my hitting some road debris that had fallen onto the highway with the left side of the car. This resulted in a damaged front left strut and some minor damage to the rear left suspension components. There was no body damage or other damage to the vehicle. I did have the car towed to get repaired rather than try to drive the car and risk further damage. Other than that, the car is damage/accident free. I have all records and receipts from the repair work that was done, and you are welcome to speak to the shop that did the work. They can give you an exact accounting of the repairs that were needed. You are also welcome to have a mechanic of your choice inspect the car (at your expense). I guarantee the car to be in immaculate condition with no issues or surprises. Of course, the title is clear and I have a recent copy of the CARFAX report. You are welcome to run your own report as well, of course. DOCUMENTATION I have a file with the entire history of the car documented. Every receipt, invoice, estimate, warranty, etc. is in the file. I also have a complete maintenance log as well. I have the original owner’s video and information packet and the owner’s manual is in the car. This BMW is extremely well documented. As for the reason I’m selling…really just because I don’t drive the car much anymore, it just sits in the garage. I have another vehicle that is now my daily driver, and I plan on getting another BMW at some point down the road to be my next “garage queen”. The time has come to let another e46 fan enjoy this car. Please email Jeremy at jeremy0411@gmail.com, respond to this post or call/text 303-941-3398 to setup an appointment to see the car or get more information. I am asking $12,900 OBO for the car. I would be happy to assist with shipping the car, but the cost of shipping will be at buyer's expense. You will not be disappointed! |

Let me know if anyone has any questions on this car, or would like to come see it. I'd also be fine with showing the car to a local fanatic to check it out for someone who isn't local to Colorado who may be interested. Also, I can take pictures/video of any part of the car upon request.
