Looking for some opinions 2002 vert

I'm hoping I can get a few opinions on a potential purchase. I found a local 2002 M3 vert with just over 70k for 16. I feel like I may be able to get them off that number some. It seems to be in good condition, I have not had a PPI done yet but overall just normal wear. I was originally looking for something newer with less miles but I though this was a pretty good deal. I'm a little hesitant due to the age and mileage though, am I walking into potentially tons of repairs or is this a good deal?

Thanks

My Ride: E46 M3 Vert 2012 X5
Do a PPI, I purchased my 2002 vert 57,000 miles for 18 runs like a dream. Its all about the verifiable history and a good PPI. More important than age or miles..........
