Thanks man i'll check that out

Just got back from shopping. Spent $100, got.... 8lbs of chicken, peanut butter, frozen veggies, tea tree oil for my stretch marks, frozen edamame (I love that stuff so much I had to get it), sugar free jelly, 3lbs of almonds, calcium pills and some other little stuff.

I don't think i'm going to be able to eat the amount of food you think I should, so I might eat less and just focus more on getting more abs.

lmao I have delicate gums and have to use a super soft bristle toothbrush. I'm not even supposed to use toothpaste. It sucks. My gum line is receding :/

Are obliques the V?

Edit: Googled it and I guess they are the V. I actually really like mine? I've never really looked or thought about them being "too pronounced". Always felt that the bigger or more pronounced the V the better haha

Jeff Seid is 6'0" and 195lbs.

I need to lose more fat and gain more muscle.

It depends on which "V" we're talking about. The "V" is the taper from your lats to your waist, not necessarily your obliques specifically. Depending on how muscular the obliques, you may not "V" taper at all (..some people have weird hourglass mid-sections).

Example:

(No "V" taper from the lats, but has the pelvic "V")

("V" taper from the lats down)

Gear is irrelevant. I have a "V" taper without gear. I think it's a mixture of genetics, shoulder width (..and development), back width (..and development) and a small waistline that produces the shape.

He was talking about my post about Jeff Seid.

EDIT: Actually looking at the pics more I suppose I do prefer the V from the back, but i'm not unhappy with mine. I will try to get bigger lats though!

Here's an example of an overall V from the rear achieved by widening shoulders and back and narrowing your waist.

As long as he's flexing to widen his back. I wouldn't want a back that wide. Looks funny to me ha
