Active Autowerke's makes a great plug-in kit for the BMW. AEM is a universal kit. Although with every kit I would suggest the Methanol Failsafe gauge. You can determine an injection curve for duty vs flow and set a high and low limit for an alarm. Most kits will only do one or the other.

Keep in mind even if you were to base your injection off of duty, boost or whatever. The amount of methanol that the kit can inject is the same. It all has to do with nozzle size. You can't magically add more injection higher in the RPM band since it is all based off the injector size.

Both Kit uses the AEM Progressive Meth Controller. So only Difference between the kit is the Tank and Pump.

These are some of the things the Active kit comes with.

1. The tank is 1.8 gallons
2. Includes an inline filter
3. Fuse and relay pre-wired
4. Comes with a protective wiring cover
5. The tank and pump are already mounted on a battery tray so no drilling is necessary you bolt the tank in.
6. Comes with a nice toggle switch to arm the system

Also the instructions are for your vehicle rather than a universal install. Tells you were to mount everything, wiring and hose routing. Really detailed and really nice.

I'm moving to FL in the summer...looking for a cooling kit as well.

Isn't this the AEM Relabeled Progressive Controller you use in the AA Meth kit?

I have the AA meth kit and it's definitely one of the best and looks the best installed but for the price, there are many others that will do the job. I personally would prefer Aquamist, and Anthony install yours already

AA guys ? Do all kits have hobbs switch ? What do I have to do to have fail safe ?

Not 100% required with our kit. However it is possible some changes could be made if it was on a dyno.
