I remember when you were 165 like me. I have been eating and working out like crazy, my body and strength are improving but I have not gained much weight in 2 months. Maybe I'm not eating enough and I think I'm, I eat very clean. My goal is to be 175lbs but it ain't happening.

Yeah, I should start doing them. This morning I was doing some standing military presses and got 135x8, then tried 155 and barely got one. Might have been too big of a jump lol.

I heard hand stand pushups work wonders for that. But I have no idea how to get started with those. I'm still kinda overweight (225), and I might just collapse and hurt myself lol

Getting over the fear helps a lot. Just get up there and hold yourself and slightly lower a few times. They will come.

Awesomeeeee just tweaked my back on 185lb squats. Went down on rep 6/10 and as I rose a sharp pain on my lower back came. God dammit. I so fuucking mad right now.
