Yeah. I'm fired up. Got it for free along with some mats to drop weights. Using my 29lb homemade weighted ball for slam balls x15 right now and it's brutal! My dad had some carpet movers that I've been using on the carpet like Val slides. Seriously awesome. Mountain climbers. Saws. Reverse lunges. Spider-Man push-ups, ect.

Got a concept 2 skierg today. Pretty cool conditioning tool. Pretty much the exact opposite movement of a rower. Google it. It's pretty sweet.

Did a nice workout yesterday. 30 clean and press at 135lb. Everytime you stop you do 30 mountain climbers. I did it in 3:12. Went 10-10-10 so only had to do 100 mc. My buddy did it in 6:19

Just hit a front squat triple at 305. Last rep was slowwwww. Then did sets of 5 @ 205 every minute on the minute for 8 minutes. Tough.

Having never used a Nordic trak I can't really comment, but it uses the same type of resistance as the concept 2 rowers.
It's basically the exact opposite movement of the rower though which I like since the rower is great for conditioning but kills your lower body which doesn't really work with wanting to squat and Olympic lift alot. I see this (so far at least) as being a good way to get some conditioning without interfering with my lifting. No leg movement like a Nordic trak though. |

Dips with every workout?
Doesn't this prevent the chest from recovering or having any solid rest?
