I take my sneaks off when DL/squatting. Nothing beat barefoot lifting.

Yea... All personal preference. For me, I prefer to lift either barefoot, or with my veebs.

I've personally seen guys do 600+ pulls in socks and 750+ squats in chucks (which are just a tick above barefoot.)
