Business Radio On-Off

I'm looking at a 2003 325xi and the radio button doesn't work well. When I went to turn it off it didn't work. It did control the volume but it took about 10 tries to turn it off. It's not a deal breaker by any means, but is it something I can fix or is the radio junk?

I’ve fixed some small electronics, but soldering circuit boards isn't a skill I posses.
