What are you in County? Honestly if someone smuggled you a 5 Guys Burger in their a55 you couldn't tell the difference from one at their resturant.

Just kidding, 5 Guys makes a good burger. Different kind of burger than In N Out. Hard to compare the two actually, their different styles. But, 5 Guys is way overpriced and their frys are meh. They just try and make up for it by giving you more greasy soaked spuds than you'll ever eat hoping you won't notice how much they suck.

in-n-out only has an allure because its west coast only, has always been sought after to try by the others, serves decent food and damn good shakes and they have a "secret" menu..

in-n-out has the best fast food burgers, behind five guys.. five guys quality of meat and toppings is better..
Yes, because my "Cali pride" extends to the food I eat

i didnt say anything about pride, i said its exclusive to west coast so there is the sense of it being yours and no other part of the nations, which if pride was brought into the situation it would be pride of having in n out, not pride of living in "cali".. which then comes from the thoughts of which state is better.. everyone has their opinion and most of the time if you live in one of the more popular states you would claim that yours is better....

I ate in n' out burgers twice a week for 2 months. I got of them, lol. But In n' Out is awesome. Best value for your food, and delicious food, at the same time.

Oh, something on the west coast that's pretty awesome, the Squeeze-Inn burger in Sacramento. This particular model is the Squeeze with cheese.

Is it just burnt cheese? I will take a grilled cheese over that anyday.

Just delicious burger otherwise. 1/3 pound patty, some lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc... It was a simple but tasty burger to start out with. The combinations of slightly chewy and gooey cheese though was

Yeah, that's what I thought at first, but in person when you pick some of the cheese off to eat with your fries, and having all the extra flavor from the cooked cheese, it's really good.

Went to a place called Burger Bar in Las Vegas last weekend. Located between Mandalay Bay + Luxor.. Their burgers were soooooo good.

Here's the tastiest burger of all, and it's only on the west coast:

Blast from the past thread getting bumped....

I finally had In n Out last week out in LA. Mind you, I'm not a huge 5 guys fan either, but they do have a better burger. In n Out was good, I had a double cheeseburger. You cali boys hype it up wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too much. Its just a regular burger, the meat patties were borderline dry, the sauce is good, and thats it. I don't know what else to say, the burger isn't "special/crazy" enough to fall in love with.

5 guys on the other hand - Bigger, you can put whatever toppings you want, tastier, juicier, etc. They have better fries as well, instead of the shoe string gimpy fries that In n Out have. Once again, i'm not really a fan of either, but I will tip my hat to 5 guys. Their burger is better by a decent margin IMO.

There, its settled

You talk as if all in n outs and all five guys are the same. I've ate at a shitty. Five guys and a good one, I've also ate from a shitty in n out and a good one. I've also had a good burger from in and out and the next week a shitty burger from the same one. Comparing chain restaurants is just fukking dumb.

Its fast food dude... fast food places put out the most consistent food possible, thats the point of it being fast food... quick and consistent. Same ingredients, same meat, same rolls, same everything. I am fairly certain a slightly overcooked patty isn't going to make that much difference if it was a little juicier lol

And comparing two burger places, staples of the west/east coast borders, is fun and its a good debate. Relax will ya...
