97,xxx miles
2nd owner
Have owned for 4 years.
Sterling Grey Metallic exterior.
Black Dakota leather interior.

Nearly every available option:
Navigation
Panoramic sunroof
Sport package
Premium package
Cold weather package (Heated seats)
CD Changer
Rear seat DVD
Bluetooth
Homelink(universal garage door opener)
BMW Factory alarm/keyless entry

No accidents, regular oil changes and routine maintenance (have most records), at Performance Motors in Lynnwood (www.yourwrench.com). Very reliable, have not had any major problems/issues with it. Anytime there is something wrong its gets fixed promptly, and correctly. The only reason I'm selling is looking to move up to a newer X5 or 328i Xdrive. Take a look at the pictures (I can supply more upon request). Seats are in great shape, very little wear. Exterior is in very good shape, no major dents or dings. No cracks in the windshield. I am open, and even suggest you have a pre-purchase inspection done on this or any other X5 you may have on your list. I have a copy of the car fax from when I purchased it(2009), will provide VIN via e-mail/PM if you'd like to acquire a current report.

NADA private party value after options and mileage: $18,480 + rear dvd system.

I'm located in Lynnwood, but travel to Redmond/Eastside on a regular basis, so it would be no problem to meet up for you to take a look.
