was just trying to get advice on what is most likely the problem. I'm at work offshore right now. So I'm not able to look at it now

Not expensive enough to just not replace each time you have the system apart there.
Never heard of a metal replacement.

Never read a report of one breaking unless it was during removal.

yeh they're cheap enough, i'm only worried about it breaking under constant heat/cold cycles in daily usage of the car during the next 70k after i have the coolant system apart. after all, how does one know if it didn't break prior to removal and causing longer warm up times/higher operating temps?

The only time they break is during removal. Mine had147K original and it broke when I was removing the expansion tank!

Just coded my car to have the windows continue to roll down/up while the door opens. It was so annoying that the window stops in its travel once you open the door.

I also tried to code double impulse hazards, verified the code stuck, but the hazards still behave normally. I have a feeling my LED tail lamps aren't letting it blink?!

I did look around in the enginebay to day to find any leaks. My termostat does not look quite good? (See picture below) And to day i noteced that it comes white exhaust from my car. also when the car is warm. the car does not overheat and have never been overheated. Could the termostat casue that white exhaust?

I sure don't like the look of that VCG. I'd replace that with a new Non-Victor Reinz gasket and clean things up. Include cleaning or replacing the thermostat.
Then check frequently for new leaks.

Yeah, a lot of us are having problems with new VR gaskets leaking.

There are a few that have reported no problems with their VR Gasket.

Did you already install it?

Mine lasted 8000 miles. Some report shorter lives before they start to leak.
I followed the install procedure exactly and have years of experience.
Gasket is especially defective sealing around the half moons.
