Anyone looking for short heavy metcons check this out

Awesome list. It's a long thread but there are some really good workouts in here. I will have to scale down almost all of them though. Looking forward to getting back into these types of wods

I've definitely browsed through this one, its a legit "master list" if you take the time to read.

Ill be using these types of workouts almost exclusively when I start focusing on agility etc

They beat the sh1t out of you. I tend to make mine up but these have some awesome workouts. I forget where it is but a guy posted a word doc with all the workouts up to a certain point. His name is michael bell if you want to search. I saved it so I can email you or anyone the list if you want. It's probably only up to about page 40 something of the thread though.
