2001 Sienna Red 325ci For Sale $6,700 obo!!!

EDIT: Recent updates done to the car...

-Stoptech pads front and rear
-Continental belts (a/c and alternator)
-BMW Final stage (blower resistor)

After 3 years of ownership I'm forced to sell my E46. I've done all the maintenance possible as I planned on keeping this car for a long time, but having lost my job I'm going to have to let it go.

I purchased the car from the original owner in California on 4/2010 when it had 155k miles. The car currently has 188k miles. It is a 5-speed and has the following factory options: Premium Package, Sport Package, and Winter Package. In addition to the factory options, it has been upgraded with the following modifications:

- Exterior: MTECH bumper and M3 sideskirts (3M Clear Bra applied to front bumper), smoked front turn signals and smoked side markers, blacked-out window trim, blacked-out grills, M3 taillights (red/white)
- Performance: Gruppe M intake, Greddy cat back exhaust with modified tips, Shark software
- Drivetrain: UUC lightweight flywheel using the M5 clutch, UUC short shift kit, 3.46 rear diff
-Brakes: Zimmerman crossdrilled rotors all around with axxis ultimate pads and steel braided lines and motul fluid
-Suspension: H&R cupkit (matched springs and shocks) with H&R sway bars, front M3 strut tower bar, polyurethane control arm bushings from Turner motorsports, Turner motorsports rear trailing arm bushing reinforcement kit, upgraded rear shock plates from Turner Motorsports, BMW Style 68 Sport Wheels (17x8/17x8.5)
- Interior: Alpine HU, Kenwood 4-channel amp powering front CDT components and CDT coaxials in the rear, custom-formed climate control panel around radio, carbon-wrapped interior trim, Optima battery, Momo shift knob and sport pedals.

Since my possession (2010) I have also replaced the following maintenance parts:

-Both cam position sensors, mass airflow meter, power steering pump, high-pressure power steering hose, crankcase valve (oil separator), oil filter housing gasket, oil level sensor, valve cover gasket, fuel pump, radiator along with upper hose, expansion tank, guibo (flex disc for driveshaft), idle control valve, and thermostat (all parts replaced with genuine BMW parts only, with the exception of the p/s pump where I was unable to get one quick enough). Oil changes done every 5k miles using synthetic oil only, along with genuine BMW oil filters.

The subframe inspection was performed by the dealer (and also had a 2nd look by an independent) shortly after getting the car and there were no signs of stress or cracks on the chassis. The 3.46 rear diff, along with the performance software, really wakes the car up. The climate control panel, along with the trim surrounding the radio, has been custom-formed to eliminate the aftermarket dash kit. The trim was then wrapped in a carbon fiber-look material. This setup really blends in, instead of sticking out when using the aftermarket dash kit. There are also custom kick-panels that house the tweeters for the component speakers up front. The A, B, and C pillars have been replaced with black panels from an M3 (originally came with grey panels). The sunroof sunshade clips are broken (common), so the sunroof motor was disconnected to avoid any binding issues with the sunshade panel. I was going to replace the broken sunroof clips while the headliner was down to install a black M3 headliner but never found one locally.

Some of the pics were taken in the fall when the summer wheels (18x8.5/18x10" BBS CH's) were still installed. These are NOT included. The car will be sold on the factory 17" BMW sport wheels.

I'd prefer to sell locally so that the potential buyer can see and drive the car to see just how good this particular car is. Please email me with any questions: robertcatral@yahoo.com

Sorry, I can't seem to rotate the last pic

Saw that car on CL. Looks nice, but out of my price range and it has a lot of miles. If you'd consider an offer of $6500 or so let me know.

I'd like $1,800, and that includes 2 extra low-mileage front tires too!

The short version: I started out with a dash kit, chopped it in half horizontally, molded the top half to the wood trim, wrapped the trim in faux carbon fiber material, molded the bottom half to the hvac panel, textured the panel, and reassembled.

Clean. I thought about picking up another sienna red e46 but decided to look for an e30. If you still have this car mid summer Id be more than happy to take it off your hands providing everything checks out

Bump.

I still have the car and have been driving it since this was last posted. It now has 188,xxx since I've been commuting a lot. I don't *have* to sell it but I do want to get into a 4-door ZHP so it is on the market again. It is on the 17" Style 68's as the 18" BBS CH's have long been sold. Car still runs like a champ (and with the mods/diff is as quick as a 330i), and has just had an oil change performed this past Friday. The exhaust has a leak right before the muffler, and will need to be welded up. Not really noticeable with the Greddy exhaust, but it does make it just a hair louder than it used to be. The black fabric on the pillars is starting to come loose. I don't really notice it but it may bother some of the really anal people. May need brakes in the near future (2-3k miles?), but I'm holding off on replacement in case the new owner wants to use his own kind of pads. The car is a solid car, and just eats up the turns and twisty roads. You would never guess by the way it looks and drives that it had 188k under its belt. $6,900 obo
