i have 2 weeks to decide whether i should choose the SS Replica or Gen3 Headers and ship them across the world
if anyone bought the Gen3 let us know, i can't go wrong with the headers as i have to pay 400$ to ship them back to the US if anything goes wrong

You can never go wrong with SS headers.

true, since the SS have been in the market for so long and have made nothing but positive feedback. however if the Gen3 are as described, they're supposed to add even more power, fit perfectly and have great finishing... but with no feedback i'd rather stay on the safe side with the SS

Guy who installed them had no issues. Just some post stuff but that supposed to be fixed. Be best to email the company?

Why would you ship them back? Any header can be cut, welded, and modified to fit your application. If you aren't capable of doing that, you would be wise to plan for it ahead of time, not waste hundreds of dollars and weeks of your life sitting around waiting for a new pair of the exact same headers that may still not fit perfectly.

Had the same issue with mine
I used plugs for the secondary 02 bungs and had new ones welded in further down.
They also didnt line up right
If i recall correctly it was the out side pipe
i used a pry bar to line it up and had too double gasket it to seal up
