no but I will still do the workouts. IMO it's pointless to register because it would just be a donation on my part.

I registered just to join my affiliates endeavors I guess. I'm not sure how I feel about it because I hate not finishing anything. And if it involves an AMRAP where muscle ups are involved, I will suffer. Nowhere near getting anything like 30 Muscles ups in a row.

I've never even tried one. I have rings but my ceilings are low. I should bring them to a park or something.

Not if last year was any indication.

7 minutes of Burpees

The one Solly posted

Fran

Wallballs and doubleunders

Light snatches for 60 reps before getting to anything heavy......

Too all inclusive and leads to people making it that arent prepared at regionals.

IMO

Well I know I'm nowhere near ready for regionals. My snatch is very low considering my other lifts.

Haven't been doing this long and it's my first open so I had no idea as far as what to expect.

Me either. I just like the heavier workouts that come in regionals and the games.

They tend to make the open a lot lighter and less technical so everyone can do it.
