My Ride: Back seat riding
I haven't made a playlist in over a year.

Jailbroken iPhone w/ Pandora unlimited skip is the only way to go.

My Ride: 2003 BMW M3
I listen to my mixes, and I wait for a buildup in a song then do reps after it drops. works pretty good

My Ride: ...a stairclimber!
You know what's funny, I listen to the exact same songs during every single workout: Swagger Like Us (..on occasion), but mainly....

LMNO's "Aerosol Migrants" on repeat (..it probably plays 100 times during my workout)

Jadakiss & Styles P "So Appalled Freestyle" (..for pull-ups/chin-ups/dips)

...and sometimes Black Milk "Deadly Medley"

I can't wait to go home and listen to some of these. I've needed to revamp my music selection for quite a while now.

But seriously tho, I'm getting frustrated with my ability to sleep more than 7 hours a night.

There was a point when I would sleep 9-11 hours a night but that was when I was living a lazy and unmotivated lifestyle.

No matter what time I go to bed, I'll wake up 530 or 6am and I fkn hate it

I'm a similar way with around 7am or so. The time change will change that a little bit.
