car wont start up //SMG problem - help please

hello everyone,

last summer while I'm parking to get somthing from the shop I heard some noise and the car has stopped I tried to start it again but it wont. I had to rent car to pull it and I found some oil beneth it .

Please any one has the same issue now the transmission light is on and it wont start any more

Yes search function is your friend. With that being said the DME cover is the black plastic lid in the engine bay upper left corner. Remove the torx and the relay is there its the pink" salmon"colored one.

here is the update I bought the Salmon relay, changed it and nothing happened

. but I notice SMG oil tank is almost empty and the gears lamp is on on left side.

Then you have a leak some where in your system, try and put it on a lift and trace the leak

You may have air in the system. but you could try just cycle the gears a few times although you wiil need to hook it up to a machine to get it bled properly

latest update : added some fresh oil CHF 11S the car still not starting. Is there some sensor detect that oil is min or system need to be reset ?

Are you able to cycle the gears? R-N-1-2 without starting can you hear the pump working if you can?

There is some noise when starting the first time but I'm not sure if it belongs to SMG Pump or Patrol Pump. yes I remember I tried to cycle N-1-2 there were fine
