Hk amp question pls help

Right i have just brought a pioneer DVD touch screen system which i am fitting to my coupe this weekend just f ew questions. I was told the HK system uses a amp to power all the speakers so when i plugged the unit in there was no sound. I was told i have to run the remote wire from the headunit to the amp thats not a problem, however is the amp the small box by the 6 * 9 on the rear shelf? i have found that box if so which wire is the remote? and does that little amp power all of the speaker i find that hard to belive.

Also under the Climate control module i have pulled the cubby hole out but how do I remove the climate control module does it just pull out like in the e36 i gave it a bit of a tug but it seemed quite tight and i didn't want to break it.

Last question (lol) the rear seats does the bottom bench just pull out like on the e36?

thanks for you help in advance []

ohh--i think ur talking about that little module that plugs into the HK usb system. No, thats not an amp. If im not mistaken, the amps are in the left side of the trunk, behind the walls?? I found a link to a site where a guy with an m3 added a nice lil system to it.....let me know if i can be of ANY more help man!! Good luck, let me know how everything goes---im going to throw a Kicker L7 12, powered by a Soundstream Tarantula 880.
