Imola ZHP Progress Thread - Page 7

I will be doing a steering wheel rewrap for the ZHP soon. I have decided to go with something like this

Along with the steering wheel, I will be doing the shift boot and e-brake boot as well so everything will match inside.

Do you have coby wheel boots yet?

Since I put the shift knob and E-brake in a few months ago, they have got more comments than anything else on my car!

Your interior is going to look great with those additions.

I'm looking into coby wheel boots. Yeah, I saw some pics and am very seriously looking into his work. His work is high quality for sure!

I plan to do this soon

This morning I took the lit ZHP shift knob modded by deadlysyns (M3Forum) and installed it in my ZHP. Seeing how my ZHP is Imola, I feel this well modded shift knob will be more suited to my daily driver (red lights)

The LeatherZ lit ZHP shift knob was okay but no where near as good as my deadlysyns modded ZHP shift knob.

It will be going to another friend who can use this in his ZHP

Just received confirmation email from Mike this morning that my new steering wheel will be sent out today. Got my tracking number so all I have to do now is wait

Really can't reveal the pricing as I was offered a nice discount. Let's just say even if I wasn't offered this discount, I would still be getting this wheel from Coby Wheel. As I have said, the quality is there....identical to OEM but you get the options of having different color alcantra instead of just the OEM Grey. For the price Mike is asking, this wheel is worth every penny!

Sorry I can't say any more about it.

Update... my Coby Wheel arrived this morning! Now I can go to work and when I come home this evening, change out steering wheels!
