Breakfast = Wheaties with skim milk

mid-AM snack = banana with PB

lunch = 10oz grilled chicken breast with salsa made out of black beans, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, corn, toasted sesame seeds, garlic and S&P

mid PM snack = nuts

dinner = Foil Bake......take a sliced chicken breast, add veggies (corn, sweet potatoes, peas, jalapeno, squash, zucchini, etc.), garlic and a decent bbq sauce (no HFCS, fillers, etc.) onto a big piece of foil. Fold up the foil so that it acts like a steam bag, pop in the oven and boom. Chicken and veggies and it's delicious.

Since I'm going to get my braces tomorrow morning, i counted today as a great excuse to feast on some crappy food. Chinese buffet (Honey chicken and corn on the cob were the excuse to go there). Followed with 2 packets of candy (even though i haven't had more than one piece since October, it'll suck if i decide i want any in the next 18 months) a pack of starburst and some chewy, sour thing. The first couple bites of candy were pretty tasty, but i don't get how people can have more than a couple small pieces. Way too much sugar for me!

Hopefully these damn things don't bother my heavy lifting days. Or any other days for that matter.

Breakfast 20g protein bar filled with peanut butter. A bit too thick for my liking, bottle of water.

Lunch: Turkey burger with cheese, a garden salad, glass of 2% milk.
(did legs at the gym)
Dinner: Roast beef and cheese on a bulkie, another salad with green leaves and spinach, glass of chocolate milk, Gold Standard protein shake.

About to have a late night dinner with 4oz of steak.

Still think your portions are too small

Any guesses how many calories this is
3 pieces of chicken (1 big breast and another one halved) cooked in a McCormick marinade packet which contains olive oil
Regular sized sweet potato
Asparagus cooked in olive oil

240 calories for chicken
160 calories for sweet potato

Maybe 120-150 for olive oil sauce/asparagus olive oil

So like 550-600 with a decent estimate, I said it was 300g of chicken (usually large chicken breast is about 200g)

definitely not enough. I was thinking pretty close to your estimate. That's the problem with chicken. Not enough calories.

Tell me about it... I had 450g of pulled chicken breast on 4 buns last night after working out... 700 calories. I felt full after the first two as well... I added 4 tbsp of mayo in a last ditch effort to get it to 1100... Still had to have an additional protein shake to meet my 3000 goal for the day despite a 1200 calorie lunch and 300 cal pwo shake.

So hard to bulk while minding fat intake

Breakfast: kashi protein cereal, 2% milk, fage yogurt and a banana.
