Winter tire "socks", anyone tried these?

While winter is thankfully fading, my new M3 is my daily driver and I am already looking towards next winter.

Anyone actually tried these? I have NEVER seen these before!

I have heard of these before, but never heard of anyone actually using them or testing them out They sound pretty sweet though if they work.
