If so...this is bad because....

in short, this means that the car has suffered tremendously in resale value, and that even if you were to purchase it for a cheaper price, there are chances it could be a lemon.

Pretty much every person I know from school, who didn't leave the state for a job, lives there. I've had a lot of fun every time I go, bars are fun and a lot of good people.

That should be a red flag. Dealers like that rely on people's love of a badge who don't care about anything else as long as they can buy it....miles, salvage title, repairs....doesn't matter

I thought it was illegal for a dealership to sell rebuilt salvage vehicles for anything other than parts?

Depends on state.

If it has been repaired the right way I don't see what's the problem. The new generation frame machines are so accurate that even a BMW tech couldn't tell if it has been in an accident, frickin lasers and sh!t.

F10s with this many miles and with a clean title go for 40k-45k. Essentialy you're saving 5k-10k in the short term, although it does hurt the resale value and you don't get a warranty. Your call. I would rather add 10k and go for a 550i like this:

I agree with everything stankia says except for the XI part. It snows in Michigan so AWD may be preferred in that state.

I live in Chicago and have been doing just fine with RWD. When spring comes there's nothing better than hit the twisties in a RWD car

BMWvin.com says that VIN had an original color of spacegrey metallic. the salvage site has a black car...something isn't making sense.

if that were the case then bmwvin.com would show a black color attached to the vin.
