Yes, each of those foam plates is 10lbs and the bar for CF women is 35lbs.

sup dudes. I wear fingerless gloves because my doctor told me to. Also, makes me need manicures less often.

I have a tendon that creates bad calluses, I wanted the medicine to make it disappear, but he suggested gloves.
