Quick questions before alignment

Hi guys, getting my car aligned tomorrow. I just have a few questions beforehand:

1. How do I remove the alignment pin on strut mount? Some M3 have them screwed in but my 328i has a round head pin. I just don't want this pin to be an obstacle.
2. I want to minimise uneven tire wear. I just put 4 new shocks and springs (Koni+Eibach Pro) to replace old crap. Now my car sits at approx. same height as sport package. What specs should I use? sport susp. ones? I prefer minimal camber (because again it killed my tires), and I'm not a crazy canyon/track/autoX driver, just a commuter with a little fun once in a while.
3. Now Toe settings. I read that setting rear toe to 0 will make the car unstable at high speed, so I'll let the shop set it to spec. But what about front Toe settings?
4. And finally, I currently have winter tires on (big thread depth), and rear ones are about 50% used, and fronts are almost new. Do the difference in tire height will somehow adversely affect alignment?
