need help buying used 330ci convertible

i'm looking at buying a used 330ci convertible, approx 10 years old. issues i'd like thoughts/advice on are:

many of these have done 130,000+ kms (note kilometres), is this a major issue?

given above how important is servicing history, especially whether oil has been regularly changed between the BMW 30k inspection (many owners have just done the 30k inspection)?

timing chain, i'm getting conflicting messages on this. i understand it's meant to be lifetime part but tension needs to be checked around 150k - is this correct? a concern for a car approaching 150k?

Even though you are buying a convertible, you are best to post this in the general forum, as you're likely to get (more) response. Most issues regarding these cars are not related to the tops themselves. And specifically, look for maintenance stuff posted by Mango. Good luck!
