Central Jersey Coding?

I'm in Union county right next to Middlesex county. I just wanted to be able to roll down the windows without the roof opening, have the clown nose blinking upon lock and side signals blink when unlocked. Don't know anyone around any help? How much?

It's nice to have someone experienced do it for you,but with PA Soft 1.4 it is incredibly easy to do your self. After loading the program it is as simple as checking a few boxes. If you have a laptop and a BMW you should have PA 1.4
If I was closer I would help you out,but don't be afraid to give it a shot yourself.
