What was Kant's position on Rights?

Hey guys, another political science assignment:

While this isn't my thesis, I need to address Kant's position on rights... (where the come from, how man obtains them, and how he insures them)

All I really need is cliff notes or summaries, I can figure out the rest; I am having a hard time finding specifics on google as well. Hope you guys can help me out.

Edit: If it helps, its a short paper on a comparison of John Stuart Mill, John Locke, and Kant's position on rights.

Thank you!

I was in a jam late last night with the paper due in the morning, I ended up staying up real late getting it done. I was just hoping for some pointing in the right direction.

If you can't find a million articles on Kant, you need to stop going to school

Got the paper back. A- on it, had to be 5-6 pages just comparing John Stuart Mill, John Locke, and Kant. I was in a jam and just needed some direction, and I tried researching articles on Kant and eventually found what I was looking for but had a hard time finding specific enough reading.

I read Kant in college. He was tough.

I could read him 6x in a row and not know what he said.

Everything was circular.
