Urathene bushings

I want to buy new bushings to reduce body roll on my 02 330xi. My question it's what size are the bushings for the front and the rear sway bars. Thanks

The front is 23.5mm. Buy powerflex from an ebay seller in the UK.

For the rear, buy a whole HnR or Hotchkis swaybar, which will come with bushings.

I e-mailed Powerflex and from the link they sent me I was able to find LCABs but they're like $70. http://store.powerflexusa.com/bmw-e4...ings-p112.aspx

I'd like to see a DIY with the urethane bushings, from what I've seen about the regular bushings you press them to a specific depth and my only experience with poly bushings was on my e36 and they just popped into the built in stops.

It's almost the same with the e46. There are a lot of DIY on YouTube.
