away. Although to learn the movement you can walk up the wall backwards and do them that way. That's what I used to do.

Peg boards are awesome. The cf gym I go to sometimes has one. That's one my wish list for my gym.

Did legs two days in a row... then tried doing some upper body lifts through the pain
Probably not the smartest move
Now my right upper arm/shoulder has that awkward stiffness

I tried some arm stuff
Can do biceps and triceps okay
Shoulder exercises not so good
Bench press? I could do some at lower weight using the machine
I tried dumbbell press and my right arm was shaking worse than Mohammed ali
Had to just let the dumbbell down
I will try doing a few pushups at a time to strengthen

Weighed 188lbs
Looking too soft

deadlifts, lots of squats, leg extensions, calf raises
tried a few front squats .. hurts trying to keep the bar in front but will keep trying
then ran on the treadmill
i should probably do leg curls to balance out but i hate doing leg curls

weighed 188lbs today as well

deadlifts & squats work your legs 100x better than extensions and curls could ever dream of, don't sweat it

if you don't like doing leg curls and want more volume for your hamstrings, throw in some romanian deadlifts as well.
