Whiplash is a little bitch. Glad you walked away. I bet your door jambs are bent too from that door being a bit open. Your car is totaled.

that's a goner. Often times when quarter panels are that bend/mangled, the roof line is also bent up/down.

Glad you and your family are alright! I'm no expert but it looks like that poor things soul has already spread wings and taken off. Sad day. It looked lovely! But good luck on that ZHP hunt! Obviously Jesus wanted your old non-ZHP E46 to get creamed by an old lady so you can go buy something sexier. It's your Easter gift.

Thanks guys. Wow, am I ever soar this morning.

Looking at the pictures now, it looks as if I was leaking something from the rear right? I wonder if that's fuel?

It was Topaz Blue

Probably fuel. I would say shock absorber oil, but they don't hold enough fluid to make that large of a mark on the pavement.

Glad you're all okay. Another E46 gives its life so that its owners may walk away unharmed.

Dibs on the engine.

Wait, maybe I should just go drive around the retirement community at sunset and get my own ZHP

Never stop short at a yellow. Lay on the horn even if you think there is a slight chance that somebody coming up behind is not stopping. I've avoided being rear ended twice by honking. It works.

Damn, sad to see my cars identical twin get killed. Glad you and your family are mostly alright. Not to scare you but I was rear ended hard once and had a bad case of whiplash, that was around 6 years ago and my neck to this day still gives me problems. Make sure you get your self and your family checked out well.

Thanks guys, my wife and I are feeling it today, and apparently there is more to come.

I had no choice but to stop, I was headed into the intersection. But once stopped and in the clear, the lady behind me was coming at me with her foot right on the gas. We were her stopping block.

Looking at the pictures now, I'm glad I wasn't in a Civic.

Glad to hear you and your family are ok. Cars can be replaced, people on the other hand cannot.

Why not? Somebody plowes into me and my loved ones, you can bet I'm making them pay. People get off way too easy with all the crap they do out on the roads these days. They say, oh it's just an accident. Accident my ass.
