It's good. Don't get too caught up in how your form is because it's actually pretty good. I've seen way way worse. Now go to my log and look at me shirtless again. Posted just for you yesterday.

I've been keeping the bar in line with my forearm and not wrapping my thumb around. I have a bad wrist/hand, so this kinda removes the hand from benching, all the load is pressing on the fatty tissue below the thumb, and straight down your arm.

You should always keep the bar in line, directly above the forearm, so that's good. Me personally though, I'm not a fan of using a false grip when BB benching... Too dangerous when you start going heavy imo.

thumbless grip (even with a spotter) is asking for a barbell + gravity to the chest.

I've done a suicide grip on BB bench and shoulder press for at least five years and never even had a scare

robbing with a sword is a good thing

They don't call it a suicide grip for nothing

In all seriousness though, I know a few people who prefer it too. I'm just not a fan of it... No reason to risk it IMO since one can correctly align the bar over the palm / forearm without rolling your wrists back using a standard grip.
