I was to make a couple of them with slots to stay in place so I can stack them. Probably up to 60" I think I can do 55 or so right now but it's been a while

Crappy little workout while my heel heals lol. Feels much better today. I'll be walking on it no problem tomorrow judging from the over night progress.

I did a little experiment last night. 50 Pull ups in sets of 5. Next time I'll do 6 then 7, then try 8 etc. My pull ups make no progress. I am 15lb heavier than I was a few months back but I still think I should be doing more than I am.

Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press:
40 lb x 10 reps (+53 pts)
40 lb x 10 reps (+53 pts)
40 lb x 10 reps (+53 pts)

Pull-Up:
5 reps (+48 pts)
5 reps (+48 pts)
5 reps (+48 pts)
5 reps (+48 pts)
5 reps (+48 pts)
5 reps (+48 pts)
5 reps (+48 pts)
5 reps (+48 pts)
5 reps (+48 pts)
5 reps (+48 pts)

Toes-To-Bar:
10 reps (+10 pts)
10 reps (+10 pts)
10 reps (+10 pts)
10 reps (+10 pts)
10 reps (+10 pts)

The biggest progress I ever saw on pullups was dropping excess fat lol. I think its a really slow "mover", its not like you aren't moving up in your deads etc

played 2 hours of bball on Easter after not playing for a while. I think it was a combo of that and wearing bball sneakers with insane shapes inside that aggravated it. I put it on and it felt like a pillow compared to my vibrams, nb's and oly shoes. My foot wasn't used to it. From googling around I found out it's called "bruise heel". I should be 90% tomorrow. I couldn't put weight on it the previous two days though. I was annoyed at first but it seems to be getting better pretty quickly.

Awesome day yesterday. I'm in such a good mood today.

Video of Front Squat PR at 230lbs. Much more than I expected to get when I set my goals in Sept. My Pr last Sept was 180. I felt awesome with my 5x3 sets of 205 so I went for it.

Video of Round one of
8 95lb Clean and press
10 20lb Wall balls
100m sprint estimates

I need some work on my conditioning badly.

Critiques welcome. One thing I do notice now that I see newer videos is I'm much thicker than I was last year. feels good. I do need to lose a little belly fat though. Not too much.

Front Barbell Squat:
45 lb x 10 reps (+42 pts)
135 lb x 5 reps (+66 pts)
175 lb x 5 reps (+86 pts)
205 lb x 3 reps (+85 pts)
205 lb x 3 reps (+85 pts)
205 lb x 3 reps (+85 pts)
205 lb x 3 reps (+85 pts)
205 lb x 3 reps (+85 pts)
230 lb x 1 reps (+68 pts)
230lb PR. @0lbs more than my last one.

Barbell Incline Bench Press:
45 lb x 15 reps (+46 pts)
135 lb x 10 reps (+79 pts)
170 lb x 5 reps (+85 pts)
170 lb x 5 reps (+85 pts)
170 lb x 5 reps (+85 pts)

Barbell Bench Press:
110 lb x 5 reps (+55 pts)
90 lb x 5 reps (+48 pts)
70 lb x 5 reps (+42 pts)
90 lb x 5 reps (+48 pts)
110 lb x 5 reps (+55 pts)
110 lb x 5 reps (+55 pts)
90 lb x 5 reps (+48 pts)
70 lb x 5 reps (+42 pts)
90 lb x 5 reps (+48 pts)
110 lb x 5 reps (+55 pts)
Pyramids

Clean and Press:
95 lb x 8 reps (+114 pts)
95 lb x 8 reps (+114 pts)
95 lb x 8 reps (+114 pts)
95 lb x 8 reps (+114 pts)

Wall Ball:
10 throws || 20 lb (+33 pts)
10 throws || 20 lb (+33 pts)
10 throws || 20 lb (+33 pts)
10 throws || 20 lb (+33 pts)

Running (Intervals/Sprints):
20 sec || 100 yd || sprint (+12 pts)
20 sec || 100 yd || sprint (+12 pts)
20 sec || 100 yd || sprint (+12 pts)

you call that a sprint! haha. are you supposed to just be jogging?

if someone just randomly watch this video without knowing the routine it looks like you are about to run off into nowhere

I like front squats so much more. I've almost given up on back squats. I hurt my lower back twice doing them since I started getting serious about lifting. Yeah I probably over did it both times but I think Front Squats will be my primary squat from now on.

well my road is a dirt rocky road so it's tough haha. This is probably the first time I "ran" other than bball last week in a long time lol.

yeah front squat feels way more natural to me

fair enough, yeah I never "run" but from time to time I'll do full out effort sprints on the track at my gym. I've never had anyone film me, but it feels like gone in 60 seconds to me anyways... I probably look so slow

I actually moved pretty quick lol. It looks slow though. I will do some sprints at the local track this spring though. My road is being paved but no one knows when.

Tomorrow morning I start my hiit fasted morning cardio. Probably doing 15-20 min. Run walk run walk run walk changing every 30 seconds. Speed will increase as I progress. My conditioning is very bad right now. So I'll do morning cardio 7:15-730 and do my strength and metcon work at 6pm. I'm interested to see how this goes. I am a bit worried ill eat into the muscle I gained but ill make sure to still eat a lot of clean foods and a ton of protein. Let me know if you guys have any advice.

Make sure you have a protein shake afterwards, that will do a lot to ensure muscle sparing. I have a feeling you are going to hate your life for the firs couple workouts lol
