Welcome Looks like the PO did some pretty nice mods! Brembo BBK, Drilled rotors, ACS mirrors. And it looks like he put the tornado body kit on too.

Not too far away at all. Eric lives in downtown Spartanburg. I'm sure you'll run into him at some point. I wish we could tag each other on this forum. Nonetheless you will love it here and love hour new E46. Be sure to hop on UECC for local activity. Take care

Thanks Wyatt! I do have one question regarding my car. It has very low miles...like 74,000 low. I am now getting a faint to semi-strong odor that smells like burning oil. Forum searches suggest a leaking Valve Cover Gasket. I was wondering if you had any experience in the M52 engines. Maybe a possible solution? I am ordering a new plastic valve cover that is coming with new gaskets as well as the 15 grommet gaskets for he perimeter/interior bolts for the cover. Could it be anything else that is causing the issue? Im pretty sure i do have aftermarket headers and muffler. Thanks in advance!

It usually always is the VCG. my first E46 developed a VCG leak at 87k miles. I wouldn't rule out that it could be something else, but I think you took it in the right direction. The M52 and M54 engines are very similarly related in many ways. Congrats on a low mileage E46 with nice modifications! If you do have aftermarket headers you should have some decent power put to the rear wheels. The stock exhaust manifolds are VERY restrictive. I'd love to meet up and see your car.

Oh yeah no doubt! That's definitely doable, I'd estimate sometime within the next few weeks I would be able to meet up!
