BUILD THREAD - CUSTOM ONE JL W7 FIBERGLASS / CARBON FIBER BOX BUILD

We will be posting up some pics of the progress of a customers box he ordered for one 10 inch jl w7 in fiberglass and carbon fiber. Instead of over the battery the customer wants it on the driver side. We will be doing more parts on his car soon. We will post up progress on those pieces as well.

we are still working on the carbon piece and applying more epoxy. We just wanted to post up some of the progress of the build and cant wait to see the epoxy sanded down and smooth and shiny !

Any questions just ask !

No, not yet.

it's getting "fitted" or installed today but pictures will not be released until the remaining pieces of the trunk are shipped and installed as well.

Rear Deck is done and matching Amp/DSP Cover is almost done. CF is curing so they should both ship out by monday and be installed before next weekend.

a photoshoot is scheduled for next sunday and those photo's will be shared to show the complete build.

Thanks UNFORGIVEN But No its Not Suede. its Micro fiber.

my A, B, C Pillars are now done in Rich Black Suede & my Headliner is in Bright Red Suede so the micro fiber stands out next to the rear C Pillars but its all good...

BAD NEWS IS......My 1st night down here in Houston, texas and my M3 was broken into and my stereo system stolen!

Pioneer AVIC-130BT ripped out

wires damaged

one of the two PLX D200 guages damaged

HPF/AEM Gauge pod busted tabs but gauges still functional

Door lock busted

trunk key hole busted out

rear ski hatch slight damage

but they could NOT Gain access to the trunk so all THAT Equipment is safe...

going to have to put my old HU ( Pioneer Avic Z110bt) back in
