Not really. E46 non-m headers in Europe are essentially the same design as the us ones. Probably 200 cell vs 400 cell cats. But that will only net 5hp or so

Wondering the same thing...I have some SS reps that I've yet to install, but I kinda want these...must be some issues getting these manufactured or manufactured correctly...BimmerBrakes - say something...

I just looked at them tonight and their website says"in stock soon, first come, first serve" don't know what that means, so I ordered the other headers they offer.

Well ,heres the email assuring me that the O2 bungs will be fine . I will just have to wait and see. I just don't want to waste 3-4 hours to find out they do not work.. ( like what I just went through)

In my experience they fit perfectly fine compared to a couple ebay headers I installed. Although I never install the lower o2 sensors since there really isn't a need for them.

Re: BimmerBrakes ProtoType Gen 3 Style Rep Headers

Is there a reason the old style headers are only $30 less than the new ones? They were like half the price a few weeks ago

Probably because it's hard to find cheap eBay headers now...just did a quick search and couldn't find any eBay for under $350..With BimmerBrakes, you get customer service and guaranteed fitment. Not a bad price considering

just checked, u'r right
seems i got my last set for 225$ from ebay
however regarding the customer service, the seller provided complete payment coverage regarding the 1" difference in fitment.
there are many reputable sellers out there, just follow the ones with the higher feedback points

Were you able to contact them? I've been waiting a few days on a question I had about their inventory. Haven't gotten anything back but hope the gen3 ends up fitting better!
