My Ride: 330 Dinan Coupe
I drove through some water and my car wont stay running now

I changed the oil and spark plugs removing each one at a time while cranking the engine to get any water out. Cleaned and dried my filter and ran a blow dryer to dry out any moisture in the intake. I got it driving again but it cuts out when gettin off the freeway or when idling. (I also just changed my fuel pump) and I have to recharge my battery everyother day since its been sitting. I need some help, I'm hella lost right now

remove spark plugs and suck the water out through a tiny hose (fish tank pump hose)

You may have permanently damaged the engine though.
