My Ride: 2003 325i 4dr sedan
are you losing fat and then trying to gain muscle or just trying to lose fat for a overall lower weight? at 6'2" 225 you could look pretty massive if you body recomp. but if thats not your goal, you're doing great currently with your program.

Well in 6 weeks I've lost about 15lbs. My strength is staying constant, if not increaasing so hopefully I'm not losing a lot of muscle. Some loss is expected, and I'm alright with that.

I'm gonna do 4 more weeks on this -30/0 and see how it goes, adjusting along the way.

The overall goal is to get lean while maintaining what I got, but these love handles and flappy tits gotta go

After 8 weeks of flat barbell bench I switched to flat db's this morning...

Worked my way up to the 100s. Haven't tried those in a few years
